I retain full rights to any work I create. I may post/use your commission on my social media profiles and in promotional material.

Commissions are for personal use only. You are not permitted to make any merchandise or profit from my artwork.

If the commission is of a licensed character, I have the right to use the work for merchandise if I so choose. I will never profit off of your original character(s).

You may repost your completed artwork, provided you do not remove my watermark. Crediting/tagging me (@EctobiusRex.Art on Blue Sky) is encouraged but not required.

I retain full rights to decline/refund any request I receive for any reason if I feel I cannot fulfill your request(s).

A request for a partial (or even full) refunds may be available depending on the circumstances. Please reach out to me to discuss your options if needed. I will not provide a refund if the work in question has already been completed.

Payment may be completed through my "Commissions" tab on my Ko-Fi .

If you are not comfortable with paying upfront, you may contact me for an alternative payment option (50% upfront, 50% after completion through PayPal). [This does not apply to the commission option "Random WoL Art"]

It is your responsibility to provide me all required character references needed to complete your request. In the case of an original character, the absence of any visual reference may result in your request being declined and refunded.

You have the right to request any specific pose/setting/scenario you choose (With some exception. See: "Things I Won't Draw"). [This does not apply to the commission option "Random WoL Art"]

You reserve the right to ask about and be provided progress screenshots and updates.

Unless otherwise requested, I will message you my completed sketch before I move on to the line art. You may suggest any changes/modifications as needed during this stage. [This does not apply to the commission option "Random WoL Art"]

When your commission has been completed, I will send you the finished product for one final check/review before I send you the full resolution PNG file.

I may on occasion stream my commission progress on Twitch.tv. If you are uncomfortable with this for any reason (i.e. wanting it to be a surprise for someone) you may note as such in your commission request and I will keep any progress between us.
